“Leadership is not about being in charge. Leadership is the ongoing practice of taking care of people in our charge. Two ways to care for our students and communities are to become curious about how we gather and continually reflect on how we show up for ourselves and others. In this workshop, we will explore what it means to create intentional gathering spaces in our classrooms, offices, and school communities. Participants will reflect on their own intentions as a leader and explore how to live these intentions every day.”

* Please note: This seminar will count as a required seminar for the SBL program, through cohort 60 (not 61). Attendees will also earn a CTLE credit. Information on CTLE and SBL credit will be given at the end of the seminar. Attendees must be present for the entire seminar for credit.
