CITE’s Graduate-Level School Building Leader (SBL) and School District Leader (SDL) Programs are seeking experienced School Leadership Intern Mentors in the New York metropolitan area. This is an excellent opportunity for accomplished educational leaders to guide and support aspiring school leaders as they progress through their internship experiences.
Role Overview: As a School Leadership Intern Mentor, you will:
Provide guidance and support to graduate-level interns in the SBL/SDL programs.
Share your expertise in leadership, school management, and district operations.
Offer constructive feedback, ensuring interns are equipped to excel in their roles as future school and district leaders.
Qualifications:
1) Proven experience in school building or district leadership roles.
2) A commitment to mentoring and developing the next generation of educational leaders.
3) Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4) Familiarity with New York educational standards and expectations.
