Looking for help paying for your teacher preparation program? TeachNY is offering a series of $1,000 scholarships to support future educators just like you. Whether you’re pursuing special education, world language, STEAM, or another high-need subject area, there’s a scholarship for your path.

TeachNY Future Alternative Certification Educator Scholarship
For future teachers applying to a partner alternative certification program.

TeachNY Future Bilingual World Language Educator Scholarship
For future teachers pursuing certification in a world language or bilingual subject area.
Deadline: August 31, 2025
TeachNY Future Educator Through Residency Program Scholarship
For future teachers applying to a TeachNY partner residency program.
Deadline: August 31, 2025
TeachNY Future North Country Educator Scholarship
For future teachers planning to teach in New York’s North Country region.

TeachNY Future Special Education Educator Scholarship
For future teachers pursuing certification in special education.

TeachNY Future STEAM Educator Scholarship
For future teachers pursuing certification in science, technology, engineering, arts, or math (STEAM).
