Westchester, Long Island, and NYC cohorts start this Fall 2026!
CITE and Russell Sage College are accepting applications to our highly successful Doctoral Program in Educational Leadership, for the cohort starting Fall 2026. This program is open to CSA / SAANYS members only.

Graduates of this program have gone on to win Blue Ribbon school status, become Superintendents, publish papers, and more, Last year’s graduating cohort had a 100% on-time graduation rate, including dissertation.

All applicants for the Russell Sage doctoral program must be CSA or SAANYS members and administrators who hold at least their SBL to be considered. Hybrid cohorts meet one weekend per month in NYC, Long Island, or Westchester.
